My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Grand Aspen in Oct. We had a wounderful time. There is not much to do in Aspen at this time of year, but we kept bussy and had time for relaxation. This was part of our time share with Hyatt, and so far we have found all of the propeties to be excellent. The Grand Aspen is the best we have seen so far. The kitchen has Viking appliances and is well equiped. I was impressed with the steam shower. All in all the rooms are well decorated, nice furniture, and clean. The view from the balconey was impressive.

We ate at Olives at the St Regis and have had better meals at Carl's Jr. The Little Neil,on the other hand was outstanding,
Great food and service.
We were impressed with the Hyatt staff, very healpfull and polite. The maids took good care of our room. It would be hard to ask for more.

This property was the most wonderful and relaxing experience my husband and I have had anywhere. The property is beautiful with wonderful views of the mountains and of Aspen. Our one bedroom condo was spacious with two balconies (two views) and every luxury possible. Very relaxing. Service was perfect with attention to the even the finest details.

We spent our wedding weekend in September at the Grand Hyatt. Wow. The room was massive, new, and perfectly appointed. Everything was well thought out and the service was complete, but unobtrusive - just what we wanted. Our guests were very happy, comfortable and impressed. And, when we ran into a snafu getting to the ceremony site, the Hyatt staff was right there, not missing a step, to our rescue.

We'd never stayed at the Grand Hyatt, but highly recommend it. It's like being at home away from home.

From the moment we arrived our experience was one of complete attention to detail, and throughout our entire stay the hotel staff provided service levels that represents the maxim of what one hopes to find while on holiday. The rooms are so wonderfully accessorized that we felt like we were at a grand home. We so enjoyed our time at the Hyatt Grand Aspen we asked to extend our stay.....we highly recommend the Hyatt Grand Aspen if you enjoy the very best of the the best! We'll be back!!!
