“Perennial Favorite Still Excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2013

I have dined at this restaurant, at least annually, for a couple of decades and it never fails to wow. The decor is sophisticated and the service is outstanding. Food prices are high but justified given the quality. The wine list is comprehensive and the by the glass offerings always include well chosen sophisticated varieties.
In addition to the attractive dining room there is a large bar which draws a sophisticated younger clientele for lighter dining and drinks.

“One of the best”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013 via mobile

Food, atmosphere and service were all excellent. The chef Chris is amazing. Have the king crab bites (tempura fried I think) incredible. The chef was kind enough to visit our table he is a great guy to boot. Service was unparalleled from our extremely attentive busser all the way to the sommelier. We will be back.

“Family Culinary Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2013

I recently was in Aspen visiting my family and had an exceptional evening at Cache Cache. We dined for 4 hours and feasted on Chef Chris' outstanding dishes. Being a Culinary Institute of America grad I am very critical. The flatware was fun and classy, salad plates, ice cold, impeccable and friendly service, extensive wine list with an amenable sommelier and the fare seasoned and presented exquisitely With each dish my foodie sons dissected the ingredients, its preparation, and how the chef uniquely presented the dish.During the entire evening we savored freshness and quality with just the right amount of French influenced touches to the cuisine. Our favorites were the Crab melon avocado app,the escargot,( plenty of good bread to sop up the garlic butter),perfectly seared scallops, Colorado lamb and to die for desserts. The chef, his sous chef, and front of the house joined us as we thanked them for an incredible evening.
