Had high hopes for this Japanese restaurant, but was disappointed. The food was presented beautifully, but the quantity is small, and the taste was just okay. I also felt that while this place had a ton of servers, it felt like all their attention were on a large group whose was there to celebrate a birthday. Our waiter barely made it to our table once to inquire about how we liked the food.
My sushi appetizer was very good. My entre was disappointing though. I ordered the combo tampura dinner. The plating was beautiful and the seafood was very fresh. However, I could not finish my food, not because I was full, but because all I could taste was the grease after a while. My opinion on the food here maybe different had I gotten something else, but tampura dishes have never turned me off before. On a better note, the mochi passionfruit ice cream dessert was out of this world!
