Description: Bb's has a lot to talk about this season! Beloved Chef Matt Zubrod now heads the kitchen, bringing fresh, classic cuisine with a twist to lunch and dinner. Lunch service returns for the summer, allowing diners to enjoy the gorgeous patio all day. The menu features small plates, large plates, a raw bar and a bar menu. The choice at bb's becomes not only what to eat, but how to dine-to share a variety of small plates, choose a traditional entree, enjoy raw bar offerings, or take advantage of bar dining. After an Aspen hiatus, Chef Matt has returned to bring his delicious cuisine to bb's. As a veteran of The Ritz-Carlton Hotels, he was twice recognized as one of America's great hotel chefs by the James Beard Foundation. During his time in Aspen, Zubrod opened DishAspen-a favorite local restaurant-and worked as chef at Jimmy's American Restaurant. He also worked as executive chef at the Vail Cascade Resort and Spa. Zubrod competed against Chef Bobby Flay on Food Network's Iron Chef. At bb's, Zubrod will serve up dinner dishes such as Hamachi Sashimi on Salt Brick, Kale and Brussels Salad, Colorado Striped Bass and Flat Iron Steak with Watercress, Artichoke, Tomato & Fingerling Potato Salad. The lunch menu includes Pulled Chicken-Cherry Salad, Kale & Quinoa Caesar and Farm Fresh Egg Omelets. Owner Bruce Berger and his team are excited to celebrate summer with a format of small plates and large plates featuring locally-sourced ingredients. "I love finding innovative ways to stimulate people's palates," says Berger. The focus at bb's is on interesting, fun, sophisticated dining. Come taste the passion!

“Tapas style food menu”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2014

Good selection of small plates to share with a group. Small selection of entrees available. Food quality is decent, big bar to sit at as well.

“Not really tapas ”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2014

The food was ok, service and atmosphere were poor.

The food .... It's too big to be tapas and too small to not share.

Sat outside on the terrace, glass of wine and delicious Cobb salad, perfect. Very friendly waiter and very reasonably priced.

“The hostess needs a raise!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

So... It was Labor Day weekend. Sunday brunch was slammed. The other customers were so rude- I have no idea how the sweet hostess kept it together. Couldn't believe what I witnessed with the attitudes and pushiness. Bless that girl!
We waited for a very long time, our order got screwed up and the food was bland. Sounded and looked great but just fell flat. It's pricey too- so overall our experience was miserable but because of the hostesses friendly disposition we would give it another try when it's not so busy.
