Ranked #3 of 47 restaurants in Alamosa
Price range: $2 - $8
Cuisines: Bakery, Coffee Shop, Healthy, Bagels
Description: Milagros Coffehouse, in the heart of downtown Alamosa, serves fair trade organic coffees and teas - you gotta try the exotic lattes for sure. Meal items include healthy wraps, great soups, interesting quiches, breakfast burritos with homemade green chilie and excellent baked goods - both savory and sweet. Friday - Sunday a local grower/chef named Friend cooks hot and hearty breakfasts from 8am-1pm. The atmosphere is comfortable and enhanced by local art displays that change each month. Internet is free, a few computers are available for use and a good selection of used books is available to read or purchase. The coolest thing about Milagros, however, is that every bit of the profit goes toward local charities! It is a very pleasurable way to give to those in need in the San Luis Valley!

“AWESOME”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012

My daughters and friends and I go every morning just about to get our coffee. They are the Coffee House in our community and have raised enough voluntary donations to keep Milagors on Main Street by buying the building it is in as a Historic site.

“Best coffee”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012

This is a great meeting place with your BFF. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. The coffee offerings are varied and many. I like the chai the best. It's a great place to spend some time using their wifi and be among people. Highly recommend.

Great coffee house that supports La Puente's efforts to help those who need help in the San Luis Valley.

“Great coffee, great place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2012

My go to coffee spot. Laid back atmosphere, they are a great group of people supporting the community. I have never had anything on the menu I would not have again. The cinnamon rolls rock!

Great food and coffee for a greater purpose! I love the "London Fog" on a cold morning, and all the healthy choices.
