. . . One of my favorite quotes from Mr. Incredible, and relevant for Golden China Restaurant Buffet. Maybe slightly above average. The lunch buffet is reasonably priced, I guess, at $8.99. They "celebrate" "over 80 items (lunch and/or dinner?), and I suppose there were - mostly various starter and dessert items. As far a main entrees, there were about 15 from which to choose, including two soups, as well as steamed and fried rice. There were several deep-fried and stir-fried items, and a few steamed items. Everything was pretty tasty, but nothing was great. They kept a good eye on the dishes, and filled up diminishing items fairly quickly. I don't think any drink comes with the buffet - nothing was offered, and I ordered water, so the cost would go up if a soft drink or adult beverage was ordered. All in all, a pretty standard Chinese buffet experience food-wise. Serving staff seemed to be pressured - didn't see any smiles anywhere. If you want a basic, Chinese buffet experience, this is your place . . . maybe a touch above.
