We had a great stay in this amazing little hotel. Gina, our hostess was the friendliest innkeeper I've yet to meet, and she fills her home with love. She greeted us so warmly, we felt at home straight away. The house is beautiful, immaculately clean, with a peaceful garden full of birds (we saw our first humming birds in the jasmine). Our rooms were large and well furnished, with a very comfortable bed and all amenities. There were so many little extras that make a difference - snacks and water in the room, CDs, wide selection of videos, good quality shampoo. It was our anniversay and Gina surprised us by decorating the room and made sure the AC was just right for us so we slept well. We really felt there was nothing too much trouble for her if it made our stay better. Gina was also most helpful with directions for where to go and what to see in and around Arroyo Grande to make the most of our short time there. All the food was delicious and home cooked, served in a very relaxed atmosphere. The only regret we had was that we only stayed for one night on a road trip. We will stay longer next time!

Excellent place, delicious food, charming atmosphere, house impecably clean, confortable beds, quiet and relaxing place, and most of all the host was incredibly friendly, charming, and great attitude. She made us field welcome and almost as family. I will stay there any time as long as the incredible host is there making things fun and enjoyable.

Everything about Abella Garden Inn was great!
My girlfriend and I had been wanting to getaway for a weekend, escape somewhere together to a place romantic. We had never stayed in a Bed & Breakfast before so we weren't really sure what to expect, but the second we arrived and walked through the gazebo and garden, we knew we hit the spot we were looking for.
The ambience of the house was so relaxing and cozy, and from the moment we met Gina (the owner/host), we were attacked with hugs and a warm welcome!
Our room looked great and was very relaxing with a spa and comfortable bed to relax in. The breakfast buffet was great and Gina even offered us a discount for a local restaurant the day we arrived for a dinner later on that night.
Everything went well on our romantic getaway.
I would defiantly recommend this to any couple who is looking for a romantic stay at a home away from home.

When you Google "Elope in Wine Country" all you get is Abella Garden Inn. I went to the website and saw the beautiful garden and said this is exactly what we are looking for - quaint and intimate. When we got there and saw the grounds it was even more than we expected. Then we met Gina - what a kick is all I can say. Our wedding day was everything I could have dreamed and she is an awesome photographer all of 4'9" and 1/4" (don't forget the 1/4") climbing around the gazebo behind the scenes in stiletto heals catching our intimate moments. Gina our family really enjoyed the pics. Then she made a wonderful reception afterwards with her world famous Italian hors d orvs (we opted out for champagne & cake). After dinner we came back to our Callilily room beautifully decorated with the bouquet on the pulled down bed and a scattering of rose petals. Least not to forget is her fabulous breakfast spread with everything you can imagine and very tasty. I highly recommend anyone who wants to have a small beautiful garden wedding and an unforgettable stay.
