Stayed here for 4 weeks for business in nearby Pasadena.
Changed from the 2nd floor to the 6th at the recommendation of a colleauge as he found the atrium could get noisy during weekend evenings, thanks to the free drinks happy hour!
Bed was comfortable, and the rooms were very cleen and generally very quiet.
TVs are showing their age and the have an annoying habit of resetting their volume to loud every time you switch them back on. Reasonable enough secection of channels, with some pay movies.
Being a 2 room suite arrangement, no problem with noise from the fridge or people closing doors.
Even though my room faced the 210 I never heard any traffic.
Breakfasts are great, from yoghurt to custom omlettes, but be warned things can get really busy after about 7.30 during the week, and completely nuts during weekends when familes arrive en mass determined to eat everything! One morning I slept in and found out the coffee machines were not being refilled often enough. At least there was the in-room coffee.
Indoor pool was ok, although noisy, and the gym was a bit superficial. Much better gym several blocks away.
Plenty of parking.
Safe to walk around in the evenings, and there are quite a few decent restraunts in the immediate vicinity.
Never ate at the hotel restraunt, but was told by others it was quite reasonable if you were feeling too lazy to go out.
Staff were friendly & professional.

This is a older hotel it needs some upgrades. The staff is very nice. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites before and was a little disappointed in this hotel. The bathrooms could be bigger pool area could be better.

We just returned home from a 4 day stay at embassy. husband and 2 kids. there was plenty of room for everyroom we had to double beds in the bedroom. plus pull out sofa in the living room.small lil fridge that we used everyday for our water bottles and box drinks for the kids. boy oh boy was the breakfast very good everymorning especially the OMELETTES I had one every morning.all staff is great greet you with a smile, my kids loved the variety,cereal,pancakes,french toast, and plenty of fresh fruit and juice ,coffee,etc. alsop this hotel is surrounded by lots of good restraunts any kind u can think of . walmart and target are up the street. trust me you wont be dissapointed.

This is our second stay at this property.
The location is lovely - Arcadia is a very pleasant area with lots of nice restaurants.

We had no problems with the breakfast - plenty of seating and everything was cleaned promptly - and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

Our room was looking a bit tired and in need of updating - the sofa bed was faulty and bedside lamps didn't work - despite us reporting them twice. Another bug bear was that someone had left a plate food on the landing - and this remained there for the 3 days of our visit - no one from the hotel staff took it upon themselves to clean it up.

The swimming pool is FREEZING and is not an area for hanging out in as there are no outside areas to sit in the sun.

We would stay here again.....but the lack of outside space for relaxing after a day out makes it somewhere we'd only stay for a day or two rather than a week.
