We recently spent the weekend at a two bedroom villa at Seascape. If I was rating the resort based on location and view- it would be a five star easily! There is no denying the views. As for the suite itself- I was really let down. The two-bedroom was $480 per night. For that I really expected to be wow'ed- luxury was what I was thinking. The room itself was really dated. It is set up like a small townhouse- kitchen, living room, small patio deck with a bbq, two bedrooms. The master had its own bathroom (shower only). Second bedroom was adequate, bathroom in hall and washer/dryer upstairs. The only benefit is that you could have many people stay with you as the living room had a sofa sleeper. Due to the outdated suite- it really felt like an extended stay property. The suite was very clean, but had many things in need of repair. Also, huge disappointment that there is no A/C offered in the room at all. With many people in the living room area, we really could of used air circulation- all we had was the heater and patio door. Not enough on oddly hot days. I have been to resort that offer a similar room setting, but it was updated and included other "free" amenities and was more plush. If we stay in this area again, I would rather just get a room elsewhere than pay the almost $500 a night for something I could find at Homewood Suites or Residence Inn for more than half the cost. The view was beautiful, but not $500 a night beautiful in my opinion. If you are looking for a place on the beach, don't mind the outdated rooms or no A/C then this place is
