Viva Maria's was the first restaurant we ate at as we were moving in to our new home. First impression was iffy. (people were smoking cigarettes) We were led to a table far from the other diners. We had to wait 40 minutes before our food was served. Did I mention we had four kids between the ages of 3 and 16? Ya. 40 minutes is MUCH too long to wait for a meal. Son spilled his drink, they didn't even bring us napkins to wipe it up. All this time we kept our cool, despite being completely neglected. The food was HORRIBLE. It was cold, and they forgot my son's plate so he had to wait for another 15 minutes during which time I fed him what I had on my plate. They offered no apologies. They obviously weren't interested in having our business, so they never will again. Whoever runs that place shouldn't be. I'm surprised it hasn't gone out of business.
