A friend said it was the home of the best milk shakes west of the Mississippi. Those shakes certainly are smoother than ... any I've yet sampled, east or west of that storied river. You get a straw and a spoon. The ice cream is the best quality--no ice or bubbles, and that makes a fabulous shake. (Are you from New England, and call it a frappe--one syllable "frap"? Then, the frappes are "wicked smooth!")
The burgers are delightful--so many variations, all good, all huge. My English relatives say the chips are the best quality--nearly Brighton Beach good. For you and me, the fries are singularly crunchy and tasty.
The service is top quality. Patient, cheerful, knowledgeable, and great senses of humor, these servers and cooks get your order to you quickly and, be careful, it's HOT. You can tell they like each other, the food and the customers. The *only* reason it didn't get five stars, was *not* the atmosphere. It was, that it was hard to find a table to fit the family comfortably, because everyone brings their family. Hm. Maybe that's a reason to give it a five?
