This is a nice BW facility. Normally I would have rated it a "four". Unfortunately, the following incident subtracted a great deal from the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus Cedar Inn & Suites.
While walking our dogs on the property, my wife was approached by a BW Plus Cedar Inn employee who demanded "identification" of our dogs including my wife's name, room number, car make and license plate.
This approach made my wife feel very uncomfortable. We were registered in a dog friendly room so we shouldn't have to put up with second-degree interrogations.
I didn't like the approach of this self-appointed "pet-cop" either and words were exchanged.
Net result: We won't be returning to the Best Western Plus Cedar Inn & Suites any time soon....!!! No apologies were ever offered.
