All staff members take immense pride in our ability to help our guests feel comfortable and welcome, and I apologize this was not your experience. Please rest assured that staff will be re-trained as necessary to ensure that this does not occur again. I’m sorry that the Wi-Fi was not working properly during your stay. Unfortunately, we were experiencing an unforeseen issue with the Wi-Fi at that time, but rest assured we had our technical support team addressing the issue as quickly as possible. Luckily, the internet is back to full speed, and we’ve recently upgraded our bandwidth and speed for the further enjoyment of our guests. Please know that your experience is out of the ordinary, and we would love the opportunity to serve you again as our guest on a return stay!

Unfortunately this was not reported during your stay but instead during the checkout process, but please rest assured that this is not a common issue. Our hotel, along with several others in the Disneyland Resort area, has a company that provides routine preventative pest control; however, every now and then one manages to somehow evade the system! I hope this was not too much of an inconvenience during your stay! We hope that you were able to alert the front desk about your noisy AC, as we have a very talented maintenance staff here on property that can remedy such inconveniences as they arise. The majority of our guest feedback has reflected that noise has not been an obstacle during their vacation, even with the redevelopment project in progress, and we apologize if this was not your experience.
