5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013

Everything is good with this hotel. Clean, great customer service and great location. Its like 10 minutes walking distance to the park. Continental breakfast is delciious and people were so friendly. they let me park there early in the morning even when my check in time was later that day . EXCELLENT AND RECOMMENDED!

Room Tip: Lower Level ROoms!!

We were an Aussie sports group and we stayed for 2 nights. Rooms very comfortable and staff very helpful (especially Emily).
It was handy to Disneyland. It's family oriented and breakfast was very suitable. Will stay there again.

This hotel was a convienent 10 minute walk from the entrance of Disneyland and had plenty of parking space. They say there is a charge to park, but the front desk waived it. The room was clean and big enough to fit our family of four. There was a good size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast was simple and self serve with juice, coffee, milk, yogurt, hard boil eggs, pastries, waffles and breads. Having stayed at the Howard Johnson and the Camelot Inn I would choose this hotel again.

Since, you will be spending most of your time at the parks, this hotel is exactly what you will need. I do not believe that you need to spend a lot of $$$ for a room you will stay very little time in. This hotel is within walking distance to the park. There are several restaurants nearby, such as, Millies, McDonald's, IHOP, Denny's, etc. Bottom line, This is a nice hotel for the price.

This is my 3rd visit to this property.
Pros:
1-Great Comfortable beds
2-Free high speed internet
3-Large Continental breakfast
4-Clean rooms with flat screens, microwaves and fridges.
5-24 hr coffee at front

Cons:
1- Very small rooms (1 was VERY clausterphobic-esque)
2-Location behind main Disney route (Harbor) no shuttles and a walk to any stores/food
3-Only stairs. No elevators.
4-Slow cleaning staff (I stayed 3 nights, the 2nd and 3rd day I did not even get asked for cleaning service and towels took allll day!!)

Rates...GREAT!! Front desk? HELPFUL

Room Tip: Rooms near breakfast area get quite noisy by 8 am, so if u wanna sleep get a room away from cafeteri...

Surprised my 13 year old and took him to Disneyland. Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Nothing special. Basic room. Queen bed was fine and he slept on the pull out sofa sleeper. Room and bathrom looked a little old. We were not in the room too much and so that didn't really bother me. The free breakfast was fine. Plenty of room to eat inside or outside. The grounds were nicely kept up. Luckily our room was not on the side facing I-5......you can hear all the traffic. We didn't use the pool....too cold. We had a rental car and there was plenty of room to park. We walked to Disney....maybe like 10 minutes and on the way you pass a McDonalds, Mim's Cafe, IHOP and a few other restaurants to eat at. All in all a decent place for the money for a quick trip.

I've stayed at the Fairfield Inn and have seen this hotel. I ended up picking up their family room suite which accomodated my wife and 3 children. The room had two queen beds and also a sofa pullout. The room itself was near the highway (booked through choice and wasn't informed of the location) but we had no issues.

Staff was very entertaining and incrediably quick during check in. Checkout was also not a hassle at all. Never have I been to a hotel that maintained such a great environment, exterrior and xterrior.

Overall the experience was great. Would definately stay here again.

Room Tip: No fitness center but park is within walking distance and restaurants are nearby, especially late at...
