We stayed at the HoJo in mid January. Our first impressions were not good as we we given a room in building 1 next to the freeway on the top floor that was not sound proofed. We couldn't stand the noise, and after discussions with front desk, we were moved to another floor. The next day we moved to a family room, on a soundproofed floor, and the room was ok. Service from all staff in the hotel was terrific. The hotel is a basic three star facility, rooms were adequate, the bed quality was good, not having drinking glasses in the rooms was annoying. We ended up purchasing glasses from the hotel store room as the paper cups were wearing thin on us. Location is great for Anaheim, it is an easy 10 minute walk to the main Disney walk area. Mimi's cafe next door is great for breakfast and dinner, easy walk across a road. The hotel has a games rooms for kids, laundry in the basement and convenience store. The pool area looked good, but we didn't use it at this time of year.

Great hotel, walking distance to disney, great location, nice clean rooms and the kids loved the waterpark!! Check out Mimis cafe right across the street the food was really good! The muffins are delicious! Loved this hotel! Will be back for sure!
