“Wonderful hotel with great staff- great location for disneyland trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

We went as a family of four to Disneyland and blocked this hotel after reading reviews. As everyone has said before, the staff, the location, the food (breakfast) are all just great. It is a little walk to the theme park but not bad at all and we didn't once take the shuttle. The free parking is great so we could drive out in the afternoon for some outside lunch if we wanted or just went to the next door mall for food at California PIzza Kitchen or PF Changs. the staff actually does help with warming up your food etc and that came real handy with my kids milk or some left overs. On the last day, we asked for a slightly late check out and they accommodated us plus let us keep our car parked there till end of day. We also used their laundry facility as we were heading to the beach after this and didn't want to lug all our dirty laundry (no pun intended).

A special shout out to Khalil and Victor- both were wonderful to work with and welcomed us warmly. would stay again if we were to go back

This is a wonderful hotel that deserves its high ratings among Disneyland hotels. We are very particular and make a big effort to select hotels and excellent ones like this one pay off our efforts. The beds are the best you can find anywhere and they, the wood floors, and the bathrooms are characteristic of hotels we have been forced to stay in (due to poor alternatives) that cost two or three times as much. Don't be discouraged by the cheapy exterior and lobby design as they do not reflect the rooms. The nice hot breakfast was a great bonus and the staff is excellent.

Room Tip: third or fourth floors are quiet

This is a great hotel to bring the family. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very nice and the bed is very comfortable. Plenty of places to sit and talk with comfortable seating. Disneyland entrance is within easy walking distance. Just a great all around vacation home.

Stayed here with my family (used Mileage Plus points) for our Spring Break Disneyland trip. I had read the reviews here so I knew pretty much what to expect. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but with new furnishings and comfortable beds. We appreciate queen size beds - 4 adult sized people do not fit in double beds! The bathroom is very contemporary and has lots of counter space. Of course I would prefer a separate sink/mirror area - so someone can shower while someone else is getting ready, but we survived. We ate breakfast once at the little dining space in the lobby (I wouldn't call it a restaurant exactly) and it was fine but a little pricey. In fact ALL breakfast places in the area are very pricey! 4 of us had breakfast at the IHOP down the street and it was $65 plus tip! I realize it's a resort area but still. So all in all we really enjoyed our stay in Anaheim. Thumbs up for the Hotel Indigo!

Walking into the lobby, we were pleasantly surprised. New clean furniture and decor. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way.

Got to our room on the first floor (131) which was at the ground floor exit, the weight room, and the parking lot. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, but the noise was so bad that we had to call the front desk several times throughout the night. There was noise from people coming in and out of the parking lot, the pool and weight room, the room next door who's door kept slamming shut, but most importantly the room above us sounded like there was a lady walking back and forth in high heels for hours, a man sounded like he walked as an drummer, and a toddler who ran a marathon.

The hotel is a great location, but they could have insulated the walls just a little. It used to be a holiday inn express which was run down and there were minor signs of that. For example, our door would not secure when shut. Looking at the door plate, it was broken and re attached several times.

Although the hotel was clean and nicely decorated, save your sanity and a nights sleep and stay somewhere else

I recently stayed here - of course - while I was visiting Disney Parks.

First of all the location is fantastic. You can park your car once and walk everywhere you want to go after that. Disneyland and DCA are less than half a mile away. The new Anaheim Garden Walk is just steps away.

The hotel is fresh and new and everything is in tip top shape. The beds were very comfortable with high qualify crisp linens. The bathroom was spa like with plenty of towels and the customary Aveda proucts.

The front desk staff was friendly and seemed sincerely eager to please.

The only critique I have is that the designer should have taken a clue from being in "Orange County" when selecting the wall murals that the Indigo brand is known for. I would think that close up shots of orange groves or orange blossoms would have been more fitting than the walnuts they selected. There are lovely hints of orange in the lobby that should have been carried through to the room.

Keep in mind, the above did not affect my high level of comfort and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Room Tip: I don't think there really is a "bad" room. Don't expect much of a view - hotels...
