We've stayed here a lot under Parkside and always had a possitive experience. I called to verify a reservation I had made online for June 08 to find all the phone numbers disconected. After doing some research I called the new owners and found out that the people that have reservations under Parkside are not being notified that their reservations have been cancelled. You can even still make new reservations on the Parkside website only to get down there to find out that you have no hotel reservations!!!

We stayed at the Parkside. We were upgraded to a family suite for free. It was a bit run down but it was do-able. While we were there, they started to begin some remodeling. I asked the front desk and they told me this place will be getting major renovations and will be getting alot better. It was charming and reminded me of me and my wifes first apartment. Don't write this place off. I feel it will end up being a great place to stay. The location first of all is amazing. I enjoyed my time there and never felt it to be too dirty or unsafe.

EDEN Roc Motel (previously Parkside Inn and Suites).

Walked in did not have my reservation which was prepaid. The lady in the front was so dumb she did not know what to do(claimed they were new owners- bad excuse). After being on the phone with Expedia for the last hour they finally checked me in. The hotel room was in decent shape, nothing to fancy. The service was poor: asked for directions which the lady did not give me and told me she was too busy(I was surprised also). A horrible experience when trying to have a fun vacation to Disneyland. If the new owners had no clue what the hell they are doing then dont run the damn place. Because of the new management my family's vacation was screwed.

Also No Hot Water
Its a maze to find new fresh towels
Pool is not heated
The roof looks like crap
No ice machine
The parking lot has a million cracks
No one answers the phone in the front desk (What if an emergency comes up.)
The place is a run down dump (which has long term tenants)
Windows dont lock
No AC - only ceiling fans
Health department will be notified of condition of the property
When serving coffee and food (Need license letter grade on window) - none existed at the motel.
etc.....(some of many bad things)
