“Bit run down but good”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2012

Booked a 2 bedroom 'suite' online and requested a rollaway bed for the baby which wasn't available when we arrived. Staff were attentive and responsive, and the maids did a good job. Room was a bit old and run down, would be much better with a coat of paint.

Dont quit understand where the suites comes into place because this place doesnt come anywhere near that. It's the most disgusting and gross place that I have ever stayed at. The minute you walk in the so called suites you get old and moldy smell. I have never had an experience as bad as this one. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and a place to get a good nights rest please do not stay here.

Room Tip: GROSS place to stay at!

We stayed here for a a total of 6 nights. Our first night we booked the King Suite as the 2 Queen beds were all booked. The Suite was great--2 full bathrooms and 3 beds. My boys were so happy to get their own room and bed. They really wanted to us stay the entire time in the Suite. But we reminded them we were here to play--not stay in a room all day! Our 2 Queen bed room was standard. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. What more could you want after a long day at the parks? We had no problem with parking. Staff was great.
Pros: Great price
Great staff
Great location
Comfortable rooms & beds
Room was clean
Cons: No coffee maker in our room
Our queen room did not have a refridgerator
"Breakfast" is packaged muffins only
Old TV--no 'sleep' button on remote
When all is said and done, we will stay here again.

The first thing that I want to say is that we were very impressed with the staff at the hotel. They were very friendly and very helpful to try and accommodate our needs. That being said, this was a very disappointing stay. After reading some of the reviews we felt that it would be OK. We had booked 2 rooms. The first two were in a corner of the hotel and were not very big at all. The one was almost like a closet with a king bed in it. The floor was wet and was very musty smelling. The air conditioning didn't work in either room and so they were very good to move us into other rooms. Of the new rooms, the one was really OK Except for the fact that the small fridge in the room wasn't working and when it was opened to check it, It was so rank that the entire room stank. There wasn't anyone working maintenance to remove it so I had to take it outside of the room. Then there was the 3" cockroach that greeted me in the bathroom the one morning. As for the T.V., I had to repair the cable connection so we could watch any programs. The other room was musty because they had shampooed the carpet earlier that day. The air conditioner barley worked so it was warm the entire time. The carpets in both rooms still left our socks Black. No security peep holes in the doors to check who is at the door if someone knocks on the door.

Room Tip: Don't ask for a room with a king bed.

Always stay here 2-3 times per year for 1 week business trips for the last 9 years. It is better value then 6 other Anaheim hotels. Great location, Professional friendly management & great Office and room cleaning staff. They have always done their best to assist us have an enjoyable stay & visit to the area.

Now to be honest I did read the reviews so I did know going in that this was not the best place to stay but what we walked into was way worse than anything I could have imagined. First there was no parking. We had to double park and hope we didn't get towed. Upon check in we were given our keys which were just that KEYS. So you better not misplace them. Now the pictures they show you must be taken out of a magazine because this room was terrible. The floor was filthy. I suggest wearing shoes the whole time your there. Then every surface of the room was filthy. I sent my husband out to go get some cleaner and disinfectant. We then cleaned the whole room. I'm not going to horrify you with how dirty it was, just take my word for it. Thank goodness I always bring my own sheets. The towels feel like sand paper and are imbedded with previous users hair. Ewwww!!!! Air conditioner was right over one of the beds and was soo loud. Speaking of loud, the walls are paper thin and you can hear your upstairs neighbor sneeze and shower. The shower has two temps; freezing or molten lava. I wish I could say the staff at least was helpful but they weren't. We asked about ART tickets so we didn't have to walk to Disneyland and the girl told us their wasn't a pick up near by. Which there is by the way obviously the girl didn't know. It was just a bad experience and I will never stay there again.
