We stayed here December 8-15, 2007. We were a little wary due to previous comments, but upon check-in, were completely satisfied. Check in went smoothly, our room was clean, quite large, and had all listed ammeneties (fridge, microwave, wireless internet, hairdryer, etc). The only thing we noticed was that the bathroom did have peeling wallpaper, nothing major that would interfere with stay. One spot in carpet was worn, but carpet was clean. Housekeeping responded quickly when we needed add'l items. Room was clean when we arrived mid day for break.

Breakfast was simple, but filling. Enought to give the kids in our group enough until lunch. Consisted of cereals, danishes, donuts, juice, coffee, toast. Complementary newspaper. Also, 2 mini marts on corners, one with a Starbucks. We used them for pop and snacks. Came in handy for the kids.

One of the biggest benefits was the shuttle. Always on time and would return if full immediately. Drivers are not too personable, but drive to Disneyland took all of 5 min.

Pool and hot tub was always clean and quiet. Enjoyed after long days at Disneyland. At night, you can see the fireworks from the pool area. Beware, they are loud while going off... but our 6yo slept thru them.

This hotel is definetly a good buy for what we paid, $50-60 a night for 2 queen beds, 2 adults, 3 kids. Nothing too fancy, lots of families, friendly and quiet.

About a block north, there is a Carrow's Restaurant- huge portions and cheap kids meals. 5 of us ate there for dinnner for $35. Friendly wait staff.

We will stay here again.

Be Aware of this hotel!!! Worst Experience I have ever had!!!

The hotel room was disgusting to be nice, hair was left on the sink from the previous occupants. The rest of the bathroom was very gross, floor was very dirty as well as the shower/tub. The thermostat for the a/c and heat that was supose to be on the wall was left on the floor with the wires exposed. The carpet looked liked it had not been cleaned for many years.

This hotel was not in a very good neighborhood. The pictures on the internet are not accurate.

The manager and staff were not helpful at all.

Please say your self and stay at another hotel!!! Due to this hotel I will never stay at a Days Inn ever again.

We arrived on Sunday around 4pm, we were hoping to hurry and check in and head off to disneyland but when we were checking in the front desk clerk has informed us there was something wrong with our reservation, (TIP: dont reserve with a debit card), the problem was we reserved with a debit card but when we called to make the reservation they had told us that was fine and it would go through. There was also a hold on our account for the money which doesnt make sense when he told us it didnt work, we ended up paying in cash for the hotel plus a deposit.
Got our room key and parking space, the parking is ridiculous, unloaded and started to walk to the front desk to ask when the next shuttle to disneyland would be there. Our info said every 20 minutes, he told us every hour. We asked how long of a walk he said 20 minutes it took us 10. We only ended up taking the shuttle once out of the three days we stayed. When we did take the shuttle he expected a tip, now I would gladly tip him but its a little rude when they asks for it...
The 2nd day after a long day at disneyland we came back to our room to find a cockroach on the wall, we took picture of it to tell the front desk but didnt want to talk to the rude employees. The soda machine ate 3 dollars..Pool isnt really shaped exactly like mickey mouse.The only good thing we experienced was the room service, fresh towels, beds made, clean room. Very nice coming back to that. The breakfast was okay they had cereal, danishes, toast, and juice. But you couldnt leave the room with the food and it was packed we had to stand against the wall to wait for a table. Overall I would have rather paid an extra twenty dollars to stay at another hotel closer to disneyland and alot cleaner(from experience in the other hotels). Do yourself a favor and save the head ache of staying at the days inn.

Since there are 2 days inn's on the same street, I'm going by the picture as to whether this is the one we stayed at. If it is, the parking is HORRENDOUS and the front desk manager was the rudest hotel employee I've ever encountered, and we stay in lots of hotels/motels. We booked here because we needed a suite which are difficult to find for a family of 8. We never made it into our room because we left to get food and couldn't get our van into the tiny spaces.The manager then said he would park it(like we're too stupid to parkk our own vehicle) we tried to get a refund but ended up paying over 100.00 for nothing and then drove around with 6 tired kids looking for a new room. Luckily we were directed to a Quality Inn with a suite. We will never stay at a days inn again. We've stayed at various others when we needed budget accomodations and they all tend to be grungy and unappealing.
