“New regular stop?”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2013

Chanced into this place finding a deal from Priceline, and that ended up being the main negative - when the reservation from them didn't go through.
Was more than made up for by the super friendly desk clerk.
Super clean, nice décor, decent breakfast, just a little loud with the kids - what do you expect across the street from Disneyland?

Needs some updating. Lighting is very cold and florescenty. Room was clean, wood floors, large flat screen tv, microwave and fridge, coffee maker in bathroom. Bed was very comfy. Free breakfast. No prob with parking, they let us keep our car in the lot to go to Disney even though we didn't check in until 11pm AFTER going to Disneyland. Overall got a great deal on hotels.com and would stay here again.

Hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland but in anticipation of all the walking we were going to be doing at Disneyland we opted to take the ART bus that stops just outside the hotel-we decided on the $5.00(per adult) daily pass which allows for unlimited rides back and forth. We were pleasantly surprised to find we were booked into a mini suite---one main bedroom complete with a nice sofa, coffee table, microwave, refrigerator, flat screen tv and bathroom plus an adjacent bedroom also complete with flat screen tv and a privacy door. Our party consisted of myself, my daughter and my little 4 year old grandson so we really appreciated the privacy factor offered by this arrangement.
There is a great breakfast buffet in the morning --hot foods consisted of eggs, sausage etc, waffles, pancakes, cold cereals . In fact something for all breakfast tastes :) It was nice being able to fill up with a hearty breakfast considering how expensive it can be to dine at Disneyland.
I would definately stay at this hotel again--everything was great. Great value for your money.

This motel was good value for the money. Rooms were clean and adequate. The bus stop to Disneyland is right out front. The pool was nice and warm. Since we spent most of our time in Disneyland playing, this accomodation suited us just fine. A place to sleep, have a snack and a swim and breakfast in the mornings. We stayed in the family suite with 4 children and it worked great.

Hotel has a great location with the ART bus stop out front. The room wasn't that great, it was a little run down, but since prices around Disney are so high it was still a good deal. We had a room on the third floor in the back corner, so it was pretty quiet but we could hear the people in the room below us. This room had a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed and sink vanity so would be great for a large group. We slept in this back room after the 1st night because the queen sized bed was a couple feet from the front door and we could hear people coming and going during the night.

It is also a solid 25 minute walk from the hotel to the gates at Disneyland. If you want to get there early, the ART bus isn't going to start early enough for you. Also, if the parks close early and you stay later in Downtown Disney, you are going to end up walking back.

Taxes and resort fees are so high, make sure to figure that into your budget. We thought we got a great price for our stay, but all the taxes and fees were over $100 extra.

Room Tip: There is an empty lot to the north, at some point there is going to be construction there, so I woul...

I was very impressed with our stay at the Best Western Raffles. Before I even stayed at the hotel, I made phone calls to the hotels to see if we could switch our room. They were completely sold out 1 out of the three nights we were staying there but said they could move us and our belongings around. Once we got there Claudia was VERY accomidating on trying to get us all three nights in the same suite and she did! Jerry was I believe the manager and was so helpful. The breakfast was awesome hot and a huge variety. The rooms were also very clean and fresh. Would recommend this hotel!!!!
