This hotel was decent considering the price I paid. We stayed for 6 nights on a visit to Disneyland in January. The room was small, but nicely decorated. In the bathroom, you could either have the door open, or closed, but if it were open you couldn't use the toilet. The water pressure was good in the bathroom, but the water was hard so you couldn't really wash. The hotel overall was OK, but the parking lot flooded, and was small. Breakfast was a joke. Not many choices, food quality mediocre. Now, to the worst part. This hotel is WAY too far away from Disneyland to walk, so you have to rely on the ART. The stop was right outside the hotel, but we waited a minimum of 30 minutes between buses. To hurry and get up, get ready and eat breakfast and then wait at a bus stop for 30 minutes was really annoying. I won't say here again because of it. I suggest staying closer to the park, across the street if at all possible. It's not worth the wait for the bus!

I was initially disappointed when I arrived at this hotel as it does not compare to it's website.

However, I did have an enjoyable stay here and the rooms offer everything you could need.

I was here for a conference but the hotel is close to Disneyland and the room I had was perfect for families.

The breakfast was basic but there was plenty choice from cereals, to toast and cakes. The only downfall was everything was served on polystyrene crockery so it wasn't enivronmentally friendly. I'd like to see the management review this policy.

I would recommend this hotel for those looking to visit Disneyland but do not want to pay over the odds to stay at the Hilton or Sheraton.

I booked this place because of the price and thinking it was closer to Disneyland than it turned out to be. The room was okay, but the carpet needs to be replaced. The breakfast is not very good. There was hardly anything, and to try and get the worker to refill the food was almost impossible. The other problem was the shuttle to the park.It says it comes every 20 min., but it's more like every 30-40 min. I'd recommend paying a little more and being closer to Disneyland.

“Good value for the money, breakfast is lacking”

I stay at a lot of Best Westerns since I'm a Gold Elite member of their Gold Crown Club so I know what to expect from a typical Best Western. I thought this hotel was a very good value for the money. I stayed there for one night because I was attending a conference at the Sheraton up the street and the Sheraton cost almost twice as much. With tax I paid $111 for the Best Western.

The room was a king and was large with a large bathroom. The bathroom, however, did not have a toilet paper holder. There was just a roll sitting on the top of the toilet. I also had a problem getting the sink stopper to come back up after I finished shaving. The wireless Internet worked like a charm and there were plenty of channels on TV. The room had a fridge and microwave. Unlike some reviewers, I found the overall room, including the carpet, to be clean (and I pay attention to that).

The complaints about the breakfast area by other posters are pretty accurate. Despite this being a few blocks from Disneyland there were no kid-friendly options, not even sugar-laden cereal, not that it mattered since there was no milk. I ate a dry bowl of Cheerios. The coffee was bad, almost as bad as the in-room coffee (if that's at all possible). Fortunately there are several restaurants within a block's walk, including Denny's, Bakers Square, Carl's Jr, and Taco Bell.

I had no problems with parking, in fact they let me keep my car there for several hours after I checked out so I could walk to my meeting at the Sheraton (where they charge $17 to park). The checkin and checkout was painless and the staff was friendly.

We booked through Disney.com and hotel was listed as "Good Neighbor" hotel. Disney should reconsider this. The room rate was over the top. We stayed one extra day and got charged $172 for the one night. The sofa bed was not usable for sleep. The mattress was too thin and stained to even want to use. One queen bed had a double box spring and a queen mattress (which keep slipping off the bed). The towels in the room felt like you were using sand paper to dry with. The Family Suite - kids couldn't even see the TV unless they sat on the sofa bed couch. Carpets were dirty and you had to leave your shoes on or get nasty feet. During the stay we killed no less than three cockroaches and two spiders in the room. We got put in room 127 two doors down on ground floor from breakfast buffett. We were waken up every morning at 6:30 am from all the noise of kids running to breakfast. We were kept awake at night from all the running around in rooms upstairs until after midnight. Parking spots are too small. This is a "family" hotel and most families have minivans or SUV's. The spots are too small to accomodate these vehicles and everyone ends up over the line. This leaves not enough parking spots. Two nights there was a hotel employee in the parking lot instructing people to park in fire zones, etc. We never even went to the pool or hot tub as we expected it to be as bad as the room, parking and breakfast. Driving by each day, it lived up to our expectations - nasty! The breakfast buffett was a disappointment. No cereal that children would eat - not even fruit loops. Always ran out of milk and took too long to refill. Requests to refill milk or fruit or any items that ran out was met with a blank stare from the employees who were working in the breakfast buffett. Pastries were at least one day old - never fresh. Fruit was soft mushy apples or green bananas. Toasters had to be done twice or more to even toast the bread. Orange juice tasted like powdered tang. Thank goodness, we brought our own cereal, purchased our own milk and only had to use the spoons and bowls for the kids cereal. The outside of the hotel appeared to be dirty. There was a piece of pizza on the ground outside of our room door and it stayed there for the duration of our stay which was for 5 nights. Any complaints made to the management was met with shoulder shrugs or acknowledgements that they knew but couldn't do anything about it. If we had not booked on line through Disney and paid prior to the trip, we would have looked for another place to stay. The fact that Disneyland acknowledges this hotel as a "good neighbor hotel" is definately misleading.
