Clean, well kept room with two double beds. Had no issues with noise (we were on top floor, near street). Complimentary coffee, tea, microwave available. Comfortable beds, plentiful pillows. Small convenience store located behind (to the left when facing the Disney) is a good spot to pick up some breakfast/snack items for the room. Also an apprx 5-min walk past here, two lights down, convenince store for better prices.
The air conditioner was only used for one day/night, and I found it hard to sleep with it on as it was quite loud.
Bagged snack items in a bowl in lobby for breakfast (a piece of fruit, small bottle water, muffin, granola bar). Totally unexpected, and although this is not "breakfast" it was nice to have that snack to get you started or have on hand for a snack later. Staff did not tell me about this, but after noticing other people going in one day to grab some bags, I asked. I guess this a new program, and they forgot to tell us.
Literally across the street - we went with a toddler and being located across to street for naps, etc. was wonderful. Services was good.
I submitted a review to them after our stay with the only complaints re the air conditioner, alarm clock did not work (we used our cells and forgot to mention on checkout), and not being told about the bagged snacks. Sue Edwards replied back very promptly to apologize about not being informed about the snacks (as she said it was a new offering) and that they switched out the alarm clock that very day. No reply re the A/C, but they probably hear that a lot.
Free WiFi was necessary for us and used daily - but don't throw out the wee piece of paper they give you with the password! I was huting for it at 2 a.m. (insomnia) to re-input it! Booted us out almost daily, on both of our devices, have no idea why.
Impressed with the prompt response and would probably stay there again if we are not going during a hot time (re the A/C).
Room Tip: Found top floor quiet.

Again our apology for not telling you about the snack bags. We'll be giving them out until our Breakfast Room gets built the end of this year. We are in the process of replacing our old air conditioning units, a process that will also be completed by the end of the year. I do hope you'll stay with us on your next visit to Disneyland.
