This was my second stay and was for 5 nights. The manager and her staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. And I very much appreciated not getting the run around about rates and services et al, unlike at some places.
I enjoyed this visit just as much as my first and did not have any problems in either case. The bed was nice and comfortable; sheets clean and the pillows were clean, comfortable and plenty of pillows at that (Which I totally love) Plenty of towels which were replaced everyday. The t.v. had a decent selection of channels to choose from. The A.C. worked just fine and so did the plumbing. The lighting in the room was more than adequate and was of proper wattage for each particular kind of lamp etc. The rooms have a nice large window that has not only a heavier curtain but a more sheer one as well, not all hotels have this. I had no issue with my key card. Exterior lighting was in good working order. I found no blood stains, bed bugs or anything else that would be disturbing.
A secure closet is available in the reception area to store your luggage in the event that one will not be leaving the area until some time after check out, there is no charge for this service. I did not utilize the wifi nor the continental breakfast, therefore cannot comment on the subject.
The hotel does not charge for the shuttle, it is the ART shuttle and charges its customers as any bus service would normally. There is also the OCTA bus to ride (For a fee) and the Disneyland shuttle at the Toy Story parking lot which is just a few blocks away from the hotel (No fee if on foot, otherwise $15 to park your car)

Decided to book this hotel because we were looking to save some money. Location and cleanliness is big to us and it looked ok with the reviews and pictures. We were wrong. There was mold in the shower, paint peeling on the walls, 2 safes that didn't work, and bugs flying around. Plus woke up with a rash all over. The location isn't great and isn't well lit. The website says 2 blocks, well it was more than 2 blocks. We were told we could cut through Downtown Disney and come up Katella and it would be same distance of a wall as to walk down harbor. It took 45 minutes to walk back, and with 2 kids late at light, that was horrible. We will not be staying here and will definitely pay more to stay on Disney property or one of the better Good Neighbor Hotels.

Our stay at the Travelodge was a very pleasant one. Pros: The rooms were clean, beds fairly comfortable, always clean towels every day, room had a small frig and microwave plus plenty of drawer space, nice and quiet in the later evenings. Cons: toilet handle didn't work properly but all we had to do was lift the handle after flushing so it was no big deal. Not many TV stations for choose from but we didn't come to Disneyland to watch TV so that was okay too. The wireless internet signal was pretty weak. The continental breakfast was fairly sparse but there was cereal, juices, coffee, donuts, and toast - would have been nice to have had some fruit. There is a Denny's right next door which was very good and showing your room key would give you a 10% discount on your meal. Overall, it was comfortable and we would recommend this accomodation to others.

Room Tip: We had a ground floor room which was great seeing we are seniors.
