“very comfy and friendly service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2010

decor is nice the crowd this hotel draws are nice quite people. no party crowd. The reception/check-in staff name Ezzy was extremly helpful and pleasant. Parking was $15 which I found to be expensive but it's a covered secure lot so u won't get in a hot oven car. The pool is cool just big enough for kids to plash in 4 hot tubs for the adults plenty of space. Rooms r very clean and bed r very comfy. A/C is loud but we just truned it off before we go to bed. All in all a great place to stay safe, clean, freindly and super comfy.

The Anaheim Hilton is like a 3 star hotel at 4 star price. I got a good price for the room through Priceline, but paid $15 per night parking, $14 per day if I wanted to use internet or workout room, and $6 for a bottle of Smartwater in the room - all things that are often free in a "less quality" hotel . . . doesn't make much sense. There were also lot's of young business people partying late in the night, especially making it uncomfortable to use the pool area with my wife and daughter. It's a nice place, but I don't know that I'd want to stay here again.

This is a very large hotel that seems to cater to business people or those using the convention center. However, there is a Disneyland representative in the lobby and the ART stops right outside the door. Any additional services (wifi, phone calls, gym, etc.) are very pricely. The MIX resaurant is only very high. There are a couple of fast food places and a coffee place in the food court.
A great hotel for those with a generous expense account.

This hotel was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland! We arrived at the hotel extremely early in the morning before our check-in time and the staff was very accommodating and gave us a room so we could take our luggage up. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very nice. Our room had a view of the Disneyland park and we were even able to see the fireworks from it!

For all you Disneyland goers like myself, there is a shuttle that picks up across the street and takes you directly to the park (and back) for a small fee. Be sure to ask the front desk about it otherwise the taxi drivers will try to convince you to get in their vehicle and charge you WAY TOO MUCH!

We would not stay nor would not recommend for anyone to stay at the Hilton Hotel in Anaheim. We chose The Hilton for their name & experience though this was proven to be a mistake. Five days prior to departing for our holiday we have received a confirmation email from the Hilton confirming our reservation. Upon arriving for our 3 night stay the receptionist advised us they had received a group booking and they had no room for us and some other guests for the first night, though they were able to take us for the last two nights. I advised that we had received confirmation and they didnt keep to that . We were moved to the Sheraton for the first night and then back for the remainder. NOT HAPPY. Very disappointing that they chose the chase the big bucks and declined to honour their committment or keep their word. Very dumb management.

We love this hotel and take advantage of our Hilton HHonors points every time we stay here. They renovated the hotel recently and it is really nice. We upgraded to an executive room. Closes to Disneyland with shuttle right outside. Doormen could be more helpful. It isn't a good thing to hear their conversations and bad language when they are talking among themselves. They should be more aware that guests with young children can hear everything they say. It showed that the hotel did not have proper training for employees. Other than that, we will continue to stay there and feel very safe and comfortable at that hotel.
