“Worst Place I've Ever Stayed”

I should have known from moment one, when they would not honor the internet price I booked with, that it would be a long week. However, I was there for a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center, and didn't think I'd find anything else within walking distance.

This place is noisy. I had a streetside room near the stairwell, and could hear every step and movement.

The water was barely warm, the towels small, thin, and fraying.

Poor quality toiletries were provided. The soaps were tiny and would not lather- I wound up buying a bar at the store.

Although they advertise a concierge, they refused to confirm, much less print a boarding pass for my flight.

No remote was provided for the TV in the room, and when I inquired, I was promised that someone would be in to program one, and it would be left there for my use. I gave up on day 3.

Though clean, the property has become very rundown. It is badly in need of renovations. This includes carpet, paint, and restoration/repair of some of the furnishings.

Finally, there was a transient forever present on or near the property. He was not threatening, but still, it was kind of creepy seeing him there all week.

“The most disgusting hotel EVER!”

We stayed here for our Disneyland trip. WHAT A MISTAKE! The room was disgusting! We ordered a suite with four beds.. and this is what we got. Two regular beds and old disgusting white metal, creeky bunk beds! We never had hot water. There are holes in the walls, stains on the carpet, MOLD EVERYWHERE! peeling wall paper and towels the size of wash cloths. Customer service is a joke! They were rude and unhelpful. We left some things in our room when we checked out. ANOTHER mistake. I guess the housekeepers steal there because we called the next day the maids claimed they found nothing. The girl at the front desk was no help either! Don't ever ever stay here! You will regret it! It's not worth the cheap price. If I could prevent just one person from staying here, I will feel better about my experience. They really need to shut this hotel down. If you like mold, stay here! I truly wish I had taken some photos to show this nasty hotel its true colors. The pics on all the websites lie. We tried to get our money back with no luck.

What a mess!!! The manager was unable to change my online reservation. The only way was to cancel it, and make a new one. But by the minute I cancelled my reservation, I lost the room to another online reservation. Anyway, I guess it was the best thing who ever happened to me. Because after looking at the reviews of this hotel, I realized it was the worst hotel in Anaheim. Better spending 25$ for cancelling a reservation than spending a week end of horror at this crappy place.

Do not stay at this hotel. My experience has been terrible and I never even stayed. After being so scared to stay (reading the reviews) I tried to cancel. Hotels.come told me I needed to get a manager's approval. I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get ahold of the manager/owner. I have left many messages and no calls back. I have been told they were coming in at a certai time and I would call and they were not there or gone for the day. Then I would call back the next day and were told the 2 managers went on vacation. After 3 weeks of this run around daily, I got ahold of Tracy. She denied to me that she could give refunds and that she was a temp manager. After telling her I knew that she was, she finally listened (haha) to what I had to say. She told me flat out she would never refund or tell Hotels. com it was ok to refund me my $. She yelled at me and hung up on me. When I tried to call back, noone would answer. Take a look at their rating for BBB. It is a D! I think should be an F! Don't waste your time or money with a company that handles their business like this. Learn from me.
