Have stayed at a number of other Anaheim hotels and will definately stay at the Castle again. My room was clean and had no problems whatsoever. I got my room via lastminute for US$39 plus tax per night. fantastic deal.

Staff was rude except for housekeeping who really tried to do the job with the little they had. Carpet was filthy, roaches in drawers (did not unpack our suitcases) refrigerator had mold. When it rained the water flowed under our door and soaked carpet. Staff put towels on the outside of our door but did nothing to clean up water soaked carpet.

Me and my family & friends from Calgary, Canada, have stayed at this hotel before, and will again, as it has all of the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay in Anaheim...The manager, Donna Hill, and her staff are first rate people, having been with the same company for several years...The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and very secure due to the courtyard layout....The pool is easy to access in the centre of the courtyard, and safe for children and families, as everyone can be seen from the rooms...The morning snacks and beverages are sufficient to start your day...A multitude of restaurants, ranging from McDonalds, to Tony Roma's, and Denny's are within a short walk on beautiful Harbor Blvd, plus there are many other stores close by such as 711, and other strip malls...and the real beauty of it all is the fact that you can simply walk across the street into Disneyland, from your own Castle, without driving your car, therefore saving on parking costs....This hotel is an excellent value for a modern moderate property...it even has a convenience store across from the office at the entrance to the parking lot...We love the Castle Inn & Suites..It has been and will always be, our home away from home....

We just returned from 4 nights at the Castle Inn & Suites. There are a lot of negative reviews and comments on Tripadvisor but for the price we thought it was ok. It is not billed as a 5 star hotel/resort. Yes, the bathrooms could be remodeled but we had none of the problems listed by others, just a little dated. The room was large and had everything we needed including a big refrigerator. The hotel has great curb appeal, very cute. I liked the Castle Inn better than the Ramada Maingate (where we stayed during our last visit). Give it a try, it worked well for my family.
