I stayed here for a Disneyland visit with the wife and 2 kids. The hotel is very new, modern and clean and looks very impressive. The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from Disneyland but is a bit of a hike so take the shuttle or drive there. The staff is also nice, but there were a few minor glitches I would be remiss not to mention.
First, I booked what the website advertises as a "2 bedroom suite." In reality, it is a one bedroom suite w/2 beds, so be aware of that. The suite is also VERY cramped (tiny living room area) and the vanity area and bathroom are all very small.
Second, there are computer issues at this hotel. The key card would not work the next morning and had to be re-set (a long haul back down the elevator and vice-versa) and upoon check-out the same thing happened with the parking pass that you swipe to raise the arm that allows you to exit. Very inconvenient to have to back-up, park, go inside and get that fixed just to leave.
Lastly, the restaurant service was extremely slow at Agio. They advertise very boldly "kids dine free" with a paying adult, but apparently that did not apply to breakfast as we were charged for everyone. There was only one other man in the entire restaurant and our food still took almost 30 minutes and cost over $50 for four people. Save your money and head across the street to Denny's, where they can serve 100 people in less time than it takes to serve one table at Agio.
