My husband and I frequently travel to Southern California in search of a small getaway. Normally we go simply to visit friends and Disneyland but we've decided to always stay with the Lemon Tree. We've now stayed three separate times and each was unique but exceptional.
The most recent stay was in October 2012. We arrived far later then we'd anticipated due to traffic and were exhausted. The front desk girl was extremely nice and seeing how we'd had to wait for nearly 30 minutes while she checked in other late arrivals. Unfortunately, due to several conferences in the area happening all at once, our original room type was not available and we were thus upgraded free of charge to a one bedroom apartment style room near the front desk. It was perfect, clean, spacious and welcome.
I mention this because that is the most current of our stays at this location and all of them have been wonderful. The staff has been excessively friendly and pleasant and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice and quiet hotel to relax in.
