Bed full of hairs,beds sheets from cheap fabric very thin, pillow extrem small and funny short, carpet dirty, hallway and elevator small and smelly. Doors have holes poorly patch. Staff mean and rude. if something happen to your room you will not get room change, they WONT do a thing. i checked-in a room with dirty sheet, they told me to come down stair get another sheet and change by myself, they wont do a thing. Sheet smell like they never put detergent for washing. After that , no room change, no deduction fee or no refund, no apologize. Price is not cheap after tons of extra fees applied After they took your money then will be No No NO, only yes things are: They will collect extra fee for resort every day: Yes, pay parking each car each day: Yes, you will be your own housekeeping: yes. Think before you choose this Hotel, please read all negative review. People who the positive review may be never sleep in a hotel or them house may be like a dumpster that why they think here is best. I have been stay in different hotel , different places, but this one is far from negative. I will not be back.
Compare all fee paid after this hotel charge, for another $20.00, you can sleep in Marriot on 9 cloud beds, 400 thread sheet, believe me. if you are on budget, then pick other hotel lower price, you will be happy.

Arriving to location down an alley.. no signs other than the little sign that's covered by bushes .. hot tub dirty did not dare get in it .. staff was supposed to atleast empty the trash and they didn't since they don't clean..they see the do not disturb sign and still try.to come in .. bed was so hard and uncomfortable pillowbed top and California don't have beaches..the ac did not work 72 degrees was like an icebox..drain clogged..toliet ran through the night.. room cards are deactivated if they are near car keys cellphones .. credit cards practically everything you use on a day to day basis ..and they get mad when you have to
have them reactive the card only would recommend to some one I didn't like!! so don't stay here pay the extra ten dollars a night and ull be glad you did!!

Bathroom was flooded, called for assistance and problem rectified but took 2 hours which impacted my little time spent in Disneyland, (arrived at 4pm). Room was not clean, towels were not replaced. But room itself was somwhat spacious, Kitchenette was handy and room furnishings were nice. Huge t.v a plus for kids. Receptionist gave free phone bill for calls made from room to compensate for the trouble experienced. But bill was only $5.

After staying one night at another hotel in Anaheim that was just disgusting, expedia found this hotel for my family and I. It was much cleaner for my daughter who has cancer then the other one. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were a little small for my taste but none the less we got a good night sleep for the remaining 3 nights. My family and I would stay there again if given another oppurtunity to come back to Disneyland..
