We booked  two rooms at this hotel for my family to base our Disneyland and LA sightseeing from. Though this hotel is not within walking distance to the Disney parks it's well serviced by the art shuttle which runs regularly every half hour. For value for money this hotel is above par. Free parking, complimentary cooked breakfasts (with plenty of choices that change daily) and an evening managers reception offering free wine and beer and a great opportunity to meet fellow guests. Also extremely delicious home cooked cookies that were impossible to resist. Housekeeping did an excellent job with rooms maintained to a very high standard. However, perhaps the most notable feature of this hotel for us was the quietness that ensured sleep quality. Having stayed at a number of Disney hotels in the past few years this was a real standout from those other hotels. Traveling with older teenagers meant we enjoyed being able to sleep in without the noise of younger families waking us in the early hours as they left for the parks. Not sure Whether this was due to the hotel being slightly further away from Disney so less popular with families with younger children or that the rooms and hallways are better soundproofed. Either way this makes this hotel an excellent choice for couples, families with older teens or anyone who wishes to have a quiet nights sleep before hitting the madness of the parks.

This is a fabulous hotel. Very clean. All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. The chef was very friendly and made an excellant breakfast. Lots of choices. Not just a continental breakfast. He makes Mickey shaped pancakes for the kids!! We rode the Anaheim Resort Transit to Disneyland. Only $5.00 for adults for the whole day!! It takes about 10 minutes to get to Disneyland and the shuttle drops you off about one block from the entrance. It was really convenient and you don't have to worry about parking. I cannot praise this hotel enough. I would definately stay there again!!!

Room Tip: We had a room on the first floor due to mobility issues. Great room. Larger than most hotel rooms...

Our stay at the Ayres Hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable. My fiancée used the gym and enjoyed it thoroughly. The shuttle to and from Disneyland, the free WiFi and the complimentary breakfast made the stay extra comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay if your going to the baseball game. Clean and great staff. Loved the breakfast and the chef really nice guy. The social hour not really they need to step it up. Other than that we had a great time and will be returning next year!!!

This was our second stay this year. Great accomodations and helpfull friendly staff. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The included breakfast had a large number of choices. No issues with access and parking despite the Honda Center across the street and ongoing street and building construction in the area. We used the ART system, which stops at the front door, this trip. It worked out great.

Room Tip: We like the upper floor rooms facing east (the street).

Even though this hotel is further from DL it is worth the drive. We loved the hot breakfast and the cook made pancakes in the shape of Mickey for my children. The beds were very comfortable and we did not want to get out of it he next morning.

Room Tip: We had the bottom floor, it was great!

I took my wife and daughter to Disneyland for the first time. I want everything to be perfect. The ayres hotel was the perfect place to stay. Everything was exactly as I read it on trip advisor . The food in the morning was above average and got us off to a good start. Service excellent. I only wish my daughter could have got the Mickey Mouse pancakes like on the reviews. O well, maybe next time. Thank you
