I spent 4 nights and then a single night at this hotel. Front desk staff friendly and it was nice to be remembered when I stayed the second time. Hotel foyer & rooms very clean. I stayed in both a King single and a double room.. the king just had a shower the double a shower and bath. Both with a fridge which was very handy. Newpapers available in the foyer.

There is a small gift shop that has snacks and drinks (great for midnight snacks) There are no shops near this hotel but without a car the front desk were more than happy to call a cab which arrived within 5 mins. There is a Target near by to stock up on bigger supplies. The shuttle to disney comes every 20 mins- the ''H'' shuttle and passes can be purchased at the front desk. From disneyland you can connect to the 'L' shuttle and go the Block shopping mall.

The food was nice in the restaurant, dinner better than breakfast and this closes between lunch and dinner and reopens at 5 so plan around that

Things about this hotel- the rooms facing the freeway get all the outside noise. If this wont bother you its ok, but both times I had to request room changes, which I was given without any problems. Also If you take any tours with grayline/coach usa most times you will be dropped of last as the hotel is next to the Coach USA terminal.. There is also no internet access on site unless you have a laptop.

The free laundry was a bonus.

Overall a nice clean safe hotel away from the masses and I would stay here again.

My wife and I recently travelled to Disneylnad for vacation. We booked a room at this hotel as a part of the vacation package, based largly on the recommendations on this website. Unfortunatly we were extremely disappointed with the Hotel.

Here is a brief summary of our complaints.
1) Poor Customer Service- We made our reservation for a room with a King Bed. When we got there we were told that we could only get a room with two doubles. The staff of the Hotel treated us like we were idiots and did nothing to resolve the situation, We asked if we could be upgraded to a higher room and pay extra, but we were told that nothing was available. My wife was even told that we could not get a king bed because, "We were staying in the Hotel too long." (4 nights) We were very dissapointed with the service and the attitude we got from the staff.

2) The rooms- Without really knowing what our options were, we checked into the room. When we got up to the room, the room was small with a poor quality mattress. The bedspred had a gaping hole in it. The facility itself looks very nice on the outside, but the room itself left alot to be desired.

In the end, my wife and I checked out of the hotel and moved to a different property. To their credit, the management did allow us to check out after talking with the travel agent and did not charge us for the first night.

In the end, we felt like a number and not a customer and went to a hotel that treated us better and worked to meet our needs.

This hotel was perfect for our Disneyland vacation. The rooms were clean, the pool and hot tob were great, the fridge was really useful for fruit etc., and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. When we had booked a double bed by accident, the staff at the front desk had no trouble relocating us to another room with a single for no charge.

From our room, we had a beautiful view of Disneyland in the distance, and the pool right beneath us. The rooms were also very quiet, we never heard anybody around us.

My only advice is to be careful in what denomination you bring traveller's checks. The front desk will only cash $100 per room per day, and this presented a bit of a problem for us.

Overall, fantastic hotel and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We were in Anaheim for a convention and the hotel location was great for anything we wanted to do in the area including Disney.

Clean rooms and common areas, nice pool and the staff were very helpful. We will stay again if the price is right.

Over the years i have stayed in alot of hotels all over the world and most have been in hot countrys and these hotels have had pools (important in my opinion) and you come to learn that these wet areas go through a cleaning process were a member of staffnets up debri and scrubbs the sides, well that isnt the case hear, the pool and hot tub were disgusting with a build up of scum on the wall sides every day a man would come around and fill a cup up with pool water add some chemical to the cup and that would be that, we didnt once witness any cleaning of any kind for the 2 weeks we stayed, the reason i am telling you this is because mid way through the holiday my wife lost her hearing in the left side but we had heard of swimming pool ear before and thought that given a few days this would pass, but this wasnt to be the case, on the return back to the uk she went through a long process of waiting on the nhs still with very dumbed down hearing, in the end it cost us a fortune to go private and she still hasnt recovered fully she has permanent hissing in her ear which is driving her crazy, but thankfully is know on the mend as this problem has affected all aspects of her life and has also brought on alot of depression related problems. so please to anyone going in the pool or hot tub be on your gaurd.
