The staff were extremely helpful. I forgot part of the power cord for my computer. The front desk were happy to lend me one until my stay terminated. Suffice to say they made my experience with them a happy one. The beds and room were spotless. Going to Disneyland is costly enough with grand kids, so, I appreciated the savings and help provided by this property.

Myself, husband and 10 year old son stayed here in Feb-March 2013. It was a nice quiet hotel the staff was very knowledgeable. Our room was clean and quiet and over looked the pool. The hotel location was perfect for day trips to Disneyland! We are planning another vacation to Anaheim the same time for 2014 and are planning on staying at this same location! The only bad thing was the service in the dinner attached to the hotel, there was no staff and the meals took forever to come, and the food was below average, however I do not hold that against the hotel. Can't remember what the restaurants name was. It was free meals for kids, perhaps that is why the food and service was below par.

A comfortable and quiet hotel about 10 minutes walk from Disney. Good, typically American, food in the restaurant. Unfortunately you can't book a table so its pot luck whether you get a meal when you want one or not. We waited over an hour one evening. Since there's nothing else nearby there's little option. Another evening we got a table and then waited 40 minutes for our order to arrive.

Stayed two nights on business and have stayed here before. Rooms on street side get lots of traffic noise from the freeway. The room was comfortable and had a nice HD TV, however while watching the final game of the world series the signal was lost during the 5th inning and I did not feel like going down to the bar so I missed the last half of the game. My stay came with complimentary breakfast buffet, not bad but gravy should be "warm" at least. The staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were friendly and accommodating. This hotel is close to Disneyland and so is filled with tourist for the most part. Nothing wrong with that as I met people from Minnesota and Kentucky. Even with the road noise I did sleep comfortably and would stay there again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the rear of the building for less road noise

The reviews on this place simply aren't fair. Really gracious check in staff, well lit and lists of parking, cool pool, they sell Disney tickets at the front desk, great AC, flat panel TVs in HD, and a very nice fitness center. Restaurant looks decent as well. Thumbs up to this place. The rooms are only mildly dated, but in a cute late 90s kinda way, they upgraded where it matters anyway.

A good hotel so no complaints from me. Easily accessible to Disneyland you can walk there. A bus ride to Universal Studies if you can put up with the never ending talking of Steve the driver!. I would recommend this hotel and the in house restaurant was good value and staff helpful.

Unfortunately my room was next to the highway with constant traffic noise all night. This meant I had very little sleep. I was able to change rooms the following day and bliss...was able to sleep much better. Both rooms were very big with usual Holiday Inn finishing touches. Big fluffy towels were a bonus. Location was ok for Disneyland, a bus operated from directly outside the hotel to the theme park. However, for anything else it was a fair distance. I took a trip to Great Universal studios but the bus driver was intense with his commentary barely pausing for breath, his non stop talking exhausted me!

Room Tip: Avoid the highway side of the hotel
