We stayed here 5/17-5/20. They did offer an upgrade which we took so we were paying approximately $129/nite. We encountered the following issues during our stay: 1) the toilet plugged everyday, 2) the granite bathroom was beautiful but very dangerous. My children slipped numerous times both in the tub and on the floor even with towels laid out. 3) the lamp in the living area did not work. 4) There were MANY pool towels laying around the pool but all were wet and dirty. I had to go to the lobby and request more be brought out. 5) This is the first disneyland area hotel we have stayed at that did not have a microwave in the room which made heating up bottles for our little one quite challenging. 6) This is the only hotel we have stayed at that did not offer its own free shuttle to disneyland. Though the hotel is across the street, it is not anywhere near an entrance. You can ride the aneheim shuttle system but it will cost you each day. 7) Our daughter's expensive prescription lotion disappeared from the bathroom the first day and when I called and left a message with housekeeping I go no return call during our entire stay. 8) One day the maid forgot to leave us clean towels. 9)The screen on our window was broken. 10) the location of our room was right on top of the laundry area/maid headquarters and on top of a busy street W. Katella. The noise from the traffic was around the clock and having to dodge the large laundry carts just to get to our room was quite annoying. I tried to discuss these issues with the manager on duty when I checked out but she has a less than empathetic attitude, was actually quite rude and said my only option was to discuss it with the general manager who conveniently was unavailable. Another manager on duty came over and after hearing my complaints offered to comp me $35. He said he would pass all of the information on to the GM and the least that would happen is I would get a formal written apology in the mail and he would see what else the GM wanted to do about it. Needless to say I have heard nothing from the hotel. I have even written a follow up letter to the GM and still have heard nothing.
