“Nice and clean”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

No real complaints, the rooms are a bit cozy in terms of square footage, and the closet was tiny. Lovely pool and landscaping.
I frequently ship packages to hotels , the sheraton was the first to charge me to accept delivery, $5 a box.
Fridges are teenie-tiny.

WiFi is $10 a day.
The walk is more than manageable to the parks.
Rooms have bedding for four, we had five when our plans were put in upheaval, and as such had to buy a blow up mattress and sleeping bag.
Next time I would only stay with four or less.

Great location if you're looking to be close to Disneyland. About 15min walk. Bed was comfortable, very clean, room was spacious, bathroom was standard.

Two incidents marred our experience here though:
- My partner & I were being intimate with each other one morning (about 8:30am) and the maid entered the room without knocking!!!! She saw us, gasped (no apology!) and ran out. Needless to say it was a total mood killer and we just got changed and left. While we had not put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, we never thought cleaning services happened this early so we thought we'd be well & truly out by the time the maids came around. Cleaning services really should not begin before 10am or even 11am for tourist hotspots like Anaheim where there are guests likely to want to sleep in or enjoy each other's company! And at the very least they should knock on the door and/or apologize if guests are still in the room.
- We were hit with about $20 of phone charges despite us never actually using the phone! We spent about 5 mins explaining to the hotel front desk we never made these calls and they were not apologetic about it at all. Just be careful and make sure you read everything.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Especially at the pool-great service!! The food by the pool was awesome too. Try a mango frozen icey-they are scrumptious (the non alcohol one) they have a couple of fruit flavors.

It is in a great location, it is a 10 minute walk to the Anaheim GardenWalk (Shopping, Dining, Entertainment) which can i mention the nicest asian restaurant i may have ever tried "P.F Changs" so good!!! or if you didn't watn to go to the GardenWalk there is plenty of other stuff even closer to choose to eat :)

Also there is a bus coming every 10-15 minutes in the front of the hotel to the right which takes you straight to Disneyland-the staff at the front will point you to it if you can't see it. You buy a ticket on a vending machine and swipe it on the bus when it comes to take you.

The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is not too bad and the location is great. All in all, a great way to spend my 3 days in Anaheim! great experience.

This was my second time staying at the Sheraton Park with my family visit to Disneyland. We really enjoy the pool area with the beautiful garden surronding it. I was disappointed by the front desk staff member when I checked in who curtly told me that my SPG number was not needed because I was not going to get any points anyway, as I booked though Wesjet vacations. Next, we paid for the wireless internet in our room, but the service was intermittent, and kept disconnecting. When we were connected to the internet, it was incredibly slow. I would expect that if you make a guest pay for internet access, the service should be top-notch - this was very disappointing. The door to our room did not close properly, you had to really slam it to make sure is was fully closed. We went to Opon returning from Disneyland one evening, we arrived to our door that was not closed, anyone could have walked in! We were very lucky that all of our valuables were still in the room.

Great place to stay if visiting Disneyland/California Adventure. True, the hotel is only one-tenth mile from Disneyland (as the crow flies), but the walk is actually closer to a half-mile, about 15 minutes. We had an 11th floor room overlooking the park - very nice view. Since we had Club Lounge access, we did not use the restaraunts. A hot breakfast in the Club Lounge would have been nice. Many other eating places close by.

Front desk was very good. We arrived late at night, so we didn't see what the rush hour check-in was like. Pool is somewhat small, but still refreshing. A little overpriced for what you get and for the area, but still a good place to stay. We would stay there again.

Room Tip: A high floor on the north side gives you a good view of Disneyland and the fireworks.

This really is a terrific hotel for the price. Lovely rooms, delightful poolside area, the wonderful Molly's diner and great food at the Overland Grill. All within walking distance to Disney. Brilliant.

We stayed here for five nights and absolutely loved it! I could not recommend this place enough for families as it was very family friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfy, there is no mini bar for small hands to get into, the pool area is large, clean and kept at a lovely temp. Concierge were nice and friendly, really there is not much negative to say about it!

Highlights: maid service was exceptional, they are so efficient and do an amazing job. Bell boys were all exceedingly friendly - the best I've met so far! The two diners had a good range of food and very family friendly.

Minor gripes: only a very small amount of milk was left for coffee, and the in room Internet provided by AT&T was pricey at $10 for 24 hours, we just used free wifi in the lobby.
