This hotel has been updated, clean, nice rooms. Small bathroom and not much water pressure. The Staff was very friendly and ready to help. Disneyland across the street and McDonalds next door. Great place to stay for a Disney Vacation. Bring lotion they don't have any in the rooms. We will stay here again.

Room Tip: If you are booking 2 or more rooms make sure when you book you tell them you want rooms close to the...

We recently stayed at Marriott's Fairfield Inn (Anaheim) on our trip to Disneyland for the first time. What can I say, it was great! We had nothing but the most polite and prompt service, our room was beautiful and clean, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, it was located conveniently next to McD's and across the street from Disneyland -- you name it, this place rocked it, and all for a very reasonable price. If they ever see this, we'd like to thank them SO much for making our stay so wonderful!

Room Tip: I loved being on the pool side -- we had a great view of Disneyland from the balcony, including the...

Close to Disneyland, clean rooms, good facilities and amenities. Service was great and staff were verry helpful. Mimis cafe next door the best place to eat for value and quality.Walk to Disney was an easy walk, could see fireworks from room or on upper levels, not noisy from traffic or disneyland. Kids had an absolute ball, would highly recommend.

Being a Disneyland Premium Annual Pass Holder has its rewards being able to Visit 365 Days a year...Once you have one its hard to Not have one...and hopefully you can create a
relationship with a Property that appreciates your Intoxication with the Magic Kingdom....
"Things are Changing" in the Hospitality Industry and with our ecomony so ever chaning the Hotel Industry needs to follow suit...With the advent of the Internet its getting to the point that the Only thing you can compare is S-e-r-v-i-c-e,Yes Location like the Fairfield has is good but they have Disappointed in going the Extra Mile to research how many times the Guest has stayed Previously--(with thier rewards program it would seem very Easy) and Basic Customer Service Skills--Please understand We are Very Patient People and If you've read any of my other reviews you can see that we're easy going as well--Heck we're Vacationing ! Now to cut to the Chase---I have visited this property for Years ......and progressivley the warm Fuzzy feeling has deminished...to the point that when we arrived for our last visit we promptly came in at 3 after a solid 6hr Drive,we were told Our room wasn't available yet and give them 10min...We waited in the Lobby--purposely facing the front Desk so there would be no mistake that we had left the Property... In doing so we were Witness to countless shortcomings in customer service Via Rooms not ready for others,Dirty rooms from folks that just had checked in and Complaints of no parking left on the property and folks had to walk to another location to pick-up something they forgot and left in thier vehicle, the Harriedness seemed to progress at a alarming rate with a Minimal amount of resolution by the staff...which on the side of the Consumer is crucial....Almost 45min had gone by and I finally approached the Front desk and yet another employee looked bewildered and got a room for us.....Question is...If I didn't speak up ....what would've happened ?? I rationalized this was a Isolated case but with the Parade of Guests unhappy... Hmm ....Our room was Fair, Not spotlessly clean--they are progrssively getting worn--.They always seem busy there and i'm sure Location has alot to do with it !,The McDonalds makes it nice for a Lost Cost Meal but beware of a Long Wait due to the volume of folks they serve,Millies was Decent and we had Good service as Well...The Parking is a Issue but once you find a parking spot theres really no need to move due to the walking Distance..I guess all summed up Compassion by the staff and a little going above and beyond combined with some Damage control would make a Huge Difference here....

Very convenient location to Disney. We easily walked tto and from Disney every day. There are a couple convenient stores and a few cheap restaurants within walking distance as well. The hotel rooms were clean and each room had a small fridge to strore drinks, snacks and leftovers which was nice. The rooms were also Disney themed which the kids liked. There was a pizza/coffee/breakfast place located on the premises (cannot remember which floor) that was very convenient as well. The pool was great for the kids to cool off after a day at the park but it was pretty crowded most days.

Also, you get a pretty good view of the fireworks from the hotel as well so if you don't feel like staying at the park you can watch them from the hotel.

Overall, this was a good value for the price. My only complaint was the check-in which took way too long and was very disorganized. They really need to staff the front desk better. There is no excuse for having to wait in line for 15 minutes to check-in to any hotel (especially a Marriott).

Room Tip: Ask for a room with an easy view of the fireworks.

This hotel is conveniently located, and that is by far the best feature of this place. The pool is small, and doesn't look anything like it's picture. The rooms and grounds are pretty worn, but they are at least clean. Don't pay the money for the upgrade, the only difference is some wall bordering. The worst and most misleading feature by far is the chair "bed." it is not a bed AT ALL!!!!! It actually looks better and is more comfortable as the chair than when it is made out. I don't know anyone who could even FIT on this chair bed, let alone try to sleep!!! Overall, if you are not counting on the chair bed for sleep space and you aren't going to spend much time in the room, this hotel may pass.

My husband and I stayed at the Fairfield in June this year, we stay at this hotel every year when we come to visit "Disneyland". We have always found the staff at this hotel to be friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself is a short walk to the Disneyland Parks. This was our 16th trip and never have had any hesitation staying at this hotel or recommending it to our friends. On this last trip we were pleasantly surprised to see the rooms and have been remodelled. Definitely be back there again 2012!!

Room Tip: Make sure you book a room facing the parks
