We stayed here the first weekend of October 2004 and had a great experience. The hotel still has a new look so it's aging well so far. It was easy to find and convenient to Malibu (about a 15-min drive) so we were able to find things to do in the evening. Staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is located in Southern California off of US Hwy 101 apx. 40 miles west of Downtown LA. The property opened in October 2002; everything still had a "new" feel to it. Quick and easy check-in into a standard king room of decent size. Small microwave and mini-fridge. About five min. after checking in, hotel staff stopped by with a bottle of water and bag of Cracker Jack. Somewhat soft but comfortable bed. Towels and linens were clean and fresh. Nice Panasonic 27" TV with RCA inputs on the front. Very quiet, with no road noise. Ample parking. Property has a nice swimming pool as well. Breakfast consisted of cereal choices and pastries with juices and coffee/tea.Overall - very good. Let's hope the property ages well.
