“Nice to Above Average Italian Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

We were here for a meal before a half marathon the next day and enjoyed the pasta dishes. The service was great and very friendly. Prices were slightly above average. Mentioned the restaurant to a friend, who lives locally, the next day and he said he eats there a lot. Strange location but I think it was better than I had anticipated.

“Good food; so-so service; overpriced”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013

My wife and I had dinner this evening. Ceasar salad (shared), prawns special, salmon special, 2 glasses each of house wine. The ambiance was very nice, the staff very polished. The salad was average, while the prawns and salmon were quite good. Generally, however, the service was slow, perhaps because we were travelers, not regulars. The bill - $150 including tip - seemed high for value received.

“Loved the Imported Italian Ice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

Ate here last year and I still think of the imported Italian ice dessert. I had a citrus ice served in an orange. Best ending to a rich lamb shank and risotto. I can't wait to return.

“Hidden Gem!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013 via mobile

I hesitate even writing this review because I don't want to give away what feels like a secret I share with a few select others: Grissini. Excellent food. Italian family-owned, service oriented. The real deal...hidden out here in Agoura. You won't be disappointed.

“Great food in a non-descript mini-mall”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

One would never expect such a fine restaurant to be at this location. It is hidden from view from the street, but once you find it you will love it. The food is just superb as are the wine choices and desserts.

The crab cakes and the lemon salmon was what I ordered and they were both very good.
