My family stayed here in April for quick weekend getaway. The hotel is a few blocks from the zoo. We took a cab there and walked back. The metro is 1 block away. The concierge was extremely helpful. He directed us to a afternoon in the Georgetown area (shopping and restaurants) and helped us figure out the metro.
The room was clean. In the evening, they sent us a small dessert for my daughter. She loved it!
There are two restaurants on site. We ate at both. The food was good. Roberts gets very, very busy for the breakfast buffet (make a reservation for peak times!). We did not have it included with our stay, so we thought it was very expensive. However, my 5 yr old daughter like the decor so much she requested to eat there for dinner. ( we did ).
All parking is valet.
Overall, very nice.
