“Meh. Somethings not right.”
The hotel itself - the lobby, the common areas, the pool, the restaurants - are all very beautiful and stylish. This does feels like a business hotel, plenty of important looking suits flying around with Blackberries flashing all over the place. The valets were fun and smiled a lot, which made us feel very welcomed. Receptionist was effective and nice as well. Everything was going perfectly until we got to our room. We had booked a Grand Premier Room, expecting to be treated to the epitome of comfort for our last two days in the US.
Well, we were disappointed. Sure it was really spacious, but it wasn't far from being empty. The bathroom was single vanity which felt strange. The toilet was leaky (by the end of our stay the floor was flooded). The bedroom had two Double beds (not queen!) which were too small for two people. Isolation was bad, we could here people talking in the neighboring room all afternoon, really disappointing !
Expected better from a Four Seasons. Breakfast was good, the waitress was wonderful. Wifi is expensive and failed to work on the first day.
Left feeling robbed, at nearly 1,000$ a night, we won't be checking in here again. Or at least not in this room category (Even though it is supposed to be one of the best rooms!)

Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your most recent trip to the United States and for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am happy to know that you appreciated the hotel’s décor, our breakfast offerings and that our staff was friendly. However, I am disappointed to hear that the Grand Premier room did not meet your expectations and that you were not comfortable with our double beds or the bathroom.
This is not the type of experience we would like our guests to leave with and I wish we could have spoken to you during your stay and found a room better suited for your needs.
