We are so glad you chose to stay with us while visiting your daughter. I want to personally apologize for the myriad of issues faced during your stay with us. This was definitely not indicative of a typical stay with us, and we hope you will give us a chance to make it right. Feel free to call me at the hotel the next time you are in town so that we can make sure any corresponding stays are satisfactory. Again, I apologize for the issues you faced, and my staff will know where they could've improved so that this won't happen again. One last thing: Tell your daughter we thank her for her service. We are very proud of our Armed Forces!

“Don't usually stay at limited service hotels.....”

Don't usually stay at limited service brands but due to cost and short stay this property was actually a great value. The furnishings in the hotel were average. Had a hard time getting the right temperature with the PTAC. Coffee offered downstairs. Located conviently to most of Washington D.C. This would not be my first choice when I am back in Washington D.C. but I would stay there again.

Although we are a limited service hotel, we try to offer a lot of the conveniences of larger properties, such as excellent bedding packages, 37 inch HDTVs with over 70 HD channels, and complimentary coffee in the lobby. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, and will hope that you consider us again.

“Good Value, conveneint, safe”

WE have stayed at this Days Inn several times when coming to DC for business or pleasure. It's not fancy or new, but clean and great value. The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. It's convenient to some restaurant and conveniences, and the Van Ness metro stop.

“Reasonably Good”

This hotel was nothing special, but it was conveniently located, which was most important for this trip. The only thing I really disliked was the shower, which had practically useless low flow. I'm all for saving water, but when the flow is so weak it takes twice as long to wash the shampoo out of my hair it pretty well defeats the point.

Our showers actually aren't low flow, we were experiencing a problem with water pressure in this area recently, but the city has since rectified the problem. I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope that you will choose our hotel again.
