This was our first visit to Central. It had been recommended before but we could never get a reservation so we were very happy to get in over July 4th weekend on a Saturday night. Food and service were excellent. We shared a charcuterie board recommended by our server ... it was amazing! lots of interesting cuts and pates. We also shared two entrees ... the chicken schnitzel and the asparagus risotto. We always split dishes as we generally find American portion sizes large! Everything was delicious. Highly recommend the restaurant for great food and a friendly social bistro atmosphere.
