It has taken me over a very long time to write this review. I stayed here while attending a large medical conference at the convention center, all the hotels close by were booked. The owner was absent the entire time. I had to figure out where everything was. The meetings started early and I was not offered possibility of earlier coffee etc. The bathroom had a clawfoot tub that needed a good clean and the floor smelled damp. I tried bathing at all times but the water was always luke warm to cold. The heat was never turned up and I had to sleep clothed, shivering. The last night I woke up with welts - I had been bitten, not sure if fleas or bedbugs. I still have scars from the bites. The owner later told me it was impossible - perhaps I should be posting pictures of the bites and the scars and you can decide for yourselves. The place needs extermination. No locks on the doors. I thought this would be a nice place becuase it is gay friendly. Perhaps you get better service if you are a guy, but women definitely not welcome. This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had - and I have stayed at B&Bs all over Europe, USA, Asia and Caribbean.
