Unfortunately, this restaurant ruined a nice birthday evening with their terrible service. The food could not make up for the fact that we were treated poorly by an arrogant host and idle wait staff. We were seated at the lousiest table in the restaurant (#30) in front of the host's stand and where all of the wait staff gathered to talk since the restaurant was empty. When we requested a table change we were told that there were not any other tables set for 5 people and this was all they could give us. They implied that all the other tables were booked. However, by the end of the meal, there were still plenty of open tables that could have been arranged to seat our party. They also gave us a hard time when we asked if they could turn off the fan above the table because it was creating a strobe-light effect on the table as it passed in front of the light. It took 2 requests and 10 minutes to turn it off.
With all of the lovely places to eat in Georgetown, do not waste your time and money at a place that treats their customers like second-class citizens.
