We were staying at the Westin across the street but weren't overly impressed with the hotel restaurant so we went to the Fairmont and ate at Juniper instead. We are used to fine dining
The walnut bread with the honey butter was sumptuous. The honey was from their bees on the hotel rooftop. After a delightful green salad which we shared we had our meals. My wife had the crab cakes which were great although she would have preferred to have the mustard sauce on the side. I had the lamb chops which were the best I have ever had. The went down easy with a glass of 2008 Jordan Cabernet. Desert was a rhubarb sauce with ice cream and a warm apple crumble which was delicious. Would definitely go here again. Prices were in line with a good restaurant. They have a great wine special on Wednesdays.
