“Interesting place for a late meal.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2013 via mobile

Hidden in Chinatown, this Irish oub offers Guiness marinated sliders, buffalo wings, and shepherds pie. The place was crowded and loud. A few games were on and the patrons were kind of young. A lot of screaming and cheering. Service seemed backed up but friendly and the manager jumped in to handle the flow. The staff was friendly when we saw them. All in all, a cold beer and some hot wings are perfect after a day of walking around the city.

“Great Food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2013

Did take out- fish and chips, shepards pie and it was excellent! Staff made sure I had plenty of utensils and condiments. Nice staff quick service. Pretty dark inside. It had a real long bar and there was sopposed to be music that night. Unfortunately couldn't get there at night

“Irish at Chinatown”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2013

This is my hood bar, great selection of beers; and hard liquor, food is good as is not your typical food bar, burgers are incredible, the jambalaya is absolute incredibly great, chicken salad is always a good option and the fish and chips,.... wowowowow, is a real piece of fish,, is yummylicious they open all day, brunch are good, they have TV's all over the place, and even the fact that is in inside a hotel, is most frequent by locals, (Like me), I been going there for more than 5 years, the staff is cool, open until 2AM and is open even when nothing is open.

“Quant and charming”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2012

Good food awaits you along with the dark ambiance and wood decor you might expect from an Irish pub. Good selection of Irish single malts, and several beers on tap inclusive of boddingtons and Guinness. Service is quick and courteous, unless the place gets packed.

“Nice Pub for Sports & Appetizers”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2012

The Irish Channel is connected to the Fairfield Inn Chinatown and serves as the hotel restaurant (this is where the room service comes from). We dropped down just to grab a quick snack and were met with friendly service and an accommodating appetizer menu. The bar has several televisions, which could be comfortably viewed from the bar or the seating booths. Our food was pretty good (we ordered the chicken quesadillas & Guinness sliders) and the portions were large. As with most pubs, not sure if we would go for entrees, but definitely can't go wrong if you're looking for something quick and a beer.
