“Very nice”

My husband and I had a great experience here. First time at this hotel. Central location, very clean, modern room, excellent service. Breakfast at Ici (their "urban bistro" downstairs) was VERY good. Nice lounge, too. No complaints, except we had trouble sleeping b/c our room was a little warm even without the heat on and 20 degree temps outside, and the big, cushy duvet was too much for us with no top sheet. We probably could have asked for one. ;) Gym was perfectly adequate and very clean.

“A Great Place to Stay”

This was our second time staying at the Sofitel in DC. My wife and I were there for Presidents Day weekend without the kids. A nice quick getaway. The service at this hotel is probably the best I have ever had at any hotel. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they do it with a smile. They have a nice bar and a very good restaruant as well. The rooms are very cozy and extremely clean. The location could not be any better. Don't think twice if you are considering this hotel. You will not regret it.
