Thank you for your loyalty to the Sofitel brand and congratulations on achieving Platinum status! As you know, our Le Club program offers terrific benefits for our regular guests such as upgrades and late checkouts, both upon availability, as well as seasonal welcome amenities prepared by our pastry chef, like the French pastries and fruits that accompanied the bottled Evian you received when you checked in. Unfortunately complimentary breakfast is not part of the program for any of the North American properties, and we all follow the same guidelines. Perhaps you had booked a special package that offered breakfast on your previous stay, there are often great options for this that can be found on our website. Our a la carte breakfast menu features a wide variety of choices for all types of palettes. The complimentary viennoiserie, made of croissants, pain chocolate and pain au raisin are just a delicious bonus! Next time try the homemade muesli, or one of the items from the health conscious De-Light Menu. When you come back, internet will certainly be complimentary, as we are thrilled to be able to offer this option to all guests in the New Year!
