This is the first time in my life when i have taken efforts to write a review about any hotel stay experience, I now know its time to contribute to the well being of mankind!!

Never make the mistake I made. for a few $20-$30 savings, i decided to book in this hotel.. it turned out to be a worst mistake. The area was shady.. the cab driver himself was sympathetic when he dropped us off there at night! the room smelled of cigarettes, so much so that the bed, sheets all of them smelled of smoke..
and like that was not enuf, the next morning cleaning lady asks us when we were leaving if we needed service, I told her we were checking out and she goes - "is the room clean?"!!! i wonder if any of the sheets we were on were cleaned in the first place.. my good guess is no!

If you are looking to spend a night after a day's sight seeing and traveling do not step you foot here.do me a favor please!

Do not stay here. Yes, the room was clean and recently renovated BUT............ things were falling apart in the room. The wires were hanging out of wall and sink handle broke off. Worst of all, there were prostitutes. This is not a family location. A resident even commented on this hotel being known for prostitutes and drugs. To top it off it was very noisy, you could hear a train all night and it is in the warehouse district so you could hear semis all night. This was a scary place, it is not safe. If you like drugs, prostitutes, and noise this is your kind of place. I would tell everyone I know, not to go there. STAY AWAY!

Hard to find - lousy signage off New York Avenue (and nowhere near convention center)
Way overpriced ~ $100 for the night
Credit card reader didn't work (and wouldn't take American Express if it had) - had to go across street (in industrial Washington) to use ATM
TV didn't have best reception - no channel guide
Had to use cell phone to call office (raucous party above us at 2 am) because phone didn't work
