Lunch at Cafe du Parc on a recent stormy day was lovely. To start, we enjoyed the crab soup that was to DIE for...a velvety bisque with an extremely healthy portion of crab floating on top. Oddly, there is a 'shared plate charge' which was kind of goofy...especially because we both ordered an entree. We followed up the soup with the mussels, which were tender, flavorful and plentiful and the roasted chicken.
We drank their least expensive sparkling wine....which was not great and priced way higher than it should have been. My only criticism is that they should offer better value wine.
