This was our first time to DC and we wanted a place that was close to the sites and had easy access to Metro. Club Quarters location was perfect. It is truly only a couple of blocks to the White House. The Metro Blue/Orange/Silver station entrance is truly next door to the hotel, and Red line is a block away, making it very easy to get around DC from here.
The hotel room wasn't huge, but it had what we needed. We had a suite with a pull-out sofa on the 10th floor with a nice view of Farragut Square. There is a nightclub about a half a block away with very loud music, and there is the sound of sirens and horn honking that you always get in the middle of a big city. Nice big shower with great water pressure. The only negatives were that the bed was a bit lumpy/uneven, and the pull-out couch mattress is getting pretty thin in spots.
The hotel has some very good amenities. The Club room has a great serve-yourself coffee/cappuccino/latte/espresso machine, plus snacks and other goodies on week days. The Club room also has computers and printers, conference tables, desk space, charging stations, and TV, and the hotel has wireless printing service from your room. Very handy water bottle refilling stations on every floor with cold, purified water, and empty bottles to take on the go.
Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall very good experience.

We could've not asked for a better location! Around the corner from the White House, walking distance from DuPont Circle and right next to the metro station! It is a little further from the Mall. The double room was small but very comfortable. Not much of a view ifrom the room we stayed in (our window was looking into another office building). There was a water fountain with purified water on each floor (the hotel even provided plastic bottles if you need it, nice touch!), coffee machine is in every room and also coffee and tea available on the 2nd floor. Service was great, very patient and helpful. We had a great time in DC and will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a bigger room is $25

We spent Memorial Day weekend in Washington DC and stayed at the Club Quarters for four nights. It's location is excellent, being less than a 10 minute walk from The White House and some great restaurants along 15th Street and F Street. The hotel, itself, is fairly basic and could probably do with a bit of a face lift, but it was clean and the staff very friendly. If you're looking for a central location, that won't break the bank, then this is a great option.

This was my first stay at this hotel, which was a recommendation from a co-worker, and it was wonderful. The room was comfortable, clean and staff was courteous and very helpful. Excellent experience.

This hotel is centrally located, and has all the amenities of a much more expensive hotel. There are many such expensive hotels within a 5 minute walk of this one. The check in was quick and before noon, and I was able to upgrade to a suite for only $25.00 which was well worth it. My suite had a stove, microwave, and fridge, which allowed me to work from my room very efficiently. The hotel was quiet. The food from the French restaurant was very good. A good buffet breakfast was inexpensive and room serve was excellent. There is complimentary coffee and breakfast bars and the coffee includes lattes.

I highly recommend this hotel and as my office is just around the corner I will be staying here again in the near future.

Hotel staff very nice and greets you at the door. Very easy check-in. Rooms are very clean, a tad smaller than you maybe use to. On the second floor business area is very large clean and accommodating. The hotel is well within a walking distance to the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial and White House. It's a good stretch of the legs, but easy achievable.
